SHIPPING COSTS
 

 
All mainland UK deliveries will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please allow up to 10 business days for standard UK delivery. You may verify the status of your order and shipment either online or by contacting us.
Note: Many of our items are handmade and sourced from craftsmen in the Far East so, from time to time we may experience delays in stock delivery. In the event of a delay, a representative will contact you to discuss delivery times or alternative solutions.
All items can be exchanged or returned within 28 days of purchase.
 
EXCHANGE
Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or colour and also for items up to the value of the item(s) you wish to return.
 
REFUND
Once, your order has been returned back to us and quality checked you will be refunded within 10 working days.
 
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs are excluded from the refund amount, unless you have advised of an item being faulty upon your receipt.
 
RETURNS CHARGES

*The returns fee will be deducted from the refund amount and credited to your Smeidi account as a store credit for use on your next order.
** During periods of sale and promotions the return fee for ROW (Rest of world) will not be credited back to you.

FAULTY ITEMS/INCORRECT
All our items are thoroughly quality checked before despatch.  However, should you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Services team to notify them.
Upon inspection if your order is returned to us damaged and you haven’t notified us beforehand, we will send it back to you and you will not be given a refund.

All Smeidi labels attached to the items must not be removed, if removed for any reason your return will not be accepted.
 
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return them for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The goods are only eligible for refund if they are returned to us in a saleable condition. We will only refund postage costs for faulty items. Please note that due to health reasons, we are unable to accept the return of earrings that have been removed from their original packaging. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days. Please note it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for any time delays or bank charges that you incur during the refund process.
